Yes I'm sure about the laughing. Toronto beat Cleveland in their season series 2-1. Detroit beat them 3-1. Look what happened.
Portland would not beat the Cavs 4 out of 7 times.
again, i'm not so sure about that.
the east is WEAK. always has been. seems like...always will be.
The blazers have some things that could bother the cavs. not so with toronto. i'm not going to address detroit.
see you have to understand. lillarid is slightly below curry. literally only slightly. the only reason most dont say this becaues curry's team is winning at a ridiculous/historical rate. but thats not just due to curry, its klay, dray, the bench, etc. etc etc. if you replaced the chef with lilard on the warriors. the warriors would win just as many games. thats how good lillard is. and lillard is twice as athletic as steph.
but thats aside from the point. the point of the thread is what? the east is terrible. and is 2 steps below the west.
what should have been said in this. the clippers would've defeated the raptors in 5 games 6 max. so would the blazers. The old man spurs would've defeated the raptors in 4 to 5 games. So if you have say 4 or so teams from the west that could've spanked the so called ECF challenger team. than it means the ECF challenger team aint all that. and they dont deserve the ranking they got going into the playoffs. which is why the nba needs to change the playoff seedings to best top teams not best from each conf. either that or start shuffling other teams into other conferences to make it more even. its lopsided right now and its unfair to the other good teams that they have to go thru a much harder setup to get knocked off before the finals or WCF's. toronto never should've been that close. they didnt deserve it.
