Eastern Conferences playoffs is hella garbage

There used to be 4-5 title contenders in the western conference alone.

There haven't been 4-5 contenders in the West since the late 2000's and 1 or two years in the 10's. Once Boston fell off in the East and LeBron went to go play with his boys the East has either been 1 or 2 contenders deep max. Once Kobe fell off the West has only been two deep.

Lebron on the Heat never got swept by the Spurs, a 6-game series with one of the losses by 2 isn't "practically swept" on any planet, there was no illegal collusion if you have the slightest idea what collusion is, and saying that Love and Irving are enough when going up against Durant-Curry-Klay-Draymond-Iggy-Livingston just stupid.

And if you think Lebron was the first guy to root for a team outside his home state.

The competitiveness of the games was insane, but are we going to forget so quickly that the quality of actual basketball was kinda low in that series? People were complaining about that all over at the time.

LOL all were legit title contenders dumbazz, that's why the West was so tough, you had teams who would have won the championship if they were able to get to the Finals. Real talk if it wasn't for the Lakers, Spurs might have 10 championships, Mavs, Rockets, and Kings would all have an extra ship. That Western Conference was RIDICULOUSLY competitive, ala the 90s Eastern Conference and the 80s NBA as a whole.

Overall breh this is as sh*tty an NBA as I have ever seen, and the early 2000s Eastern Conference was pretty bad, that's back when Kerry Kittles was a dominant player, but cats like Eric Snow who were role players back then would be all stars in this league
