I'll let yall know something. I spent a while in okinawa (years) and their main thing other than fish is pork. They will eat the whole pig and make soup out of the blood and bones, no lie. With that said, okinawa also has the longest life expectancy of any country in the world. So to people who been trying to say pork aint good for you and it'll kill you....I wanna see receipts

Their are so many other factors to living a healthy lifestyle. Were their pork from free range pigs? Did they have many other healthy habits aside from eating pork?

I can tell you, not eating meat here in North America, I feel better. My ex girl who was from Jamaica... She felt the same but back in Jamaica she was GREAT eating their animals (which was free range.)

Not really much of a religious thing, my parents didn't raise me religiously, this is just how it was explained to me growing up albeit that ideology is rooted in my Grandfather's NOI days
