In the South, people eat fish with spaghetti, and on the East Coast, people eat fried chicken with spaghetti.

A lot of Black folks view spaghetti as a side dish in the same vein as, say, mac and cheese. Whereas cacs tend to think spaghetti, mac and cheese, etc is the main course by itself.

ive never tried it personally, but i do like both. just seems kinda weird to eat them together lol

midwesterners eat some weird shyt anyway. putting cinnamon in chili and dumping it on spaghetti
