maybe there is a reason certain things have been part of our regular diets for centuries.

cutting out certain things is fine but don't fool yourself into thinking its any healthier by substituting it with something else. so far it hasn't worked. too much seaweed? iodine toxicity. meaning its as salty as a bigmac

try just eating less and exercising more. don't be lazy.

You're right. Which is why I depsise processed food and organic produce with ridiculous premiums.
