I'm not a follower of NOI but they do say some interesting things
recently read through a PDF of Elijah Muhammed's How To Eat To Live and I must say its pretty convincing stuff

Say what you what about Farrakhan but the brother looks great for his age

The brother is 84 years old

I think there's something to this "eat one meal a day" rule, as well as the limitation of meats and processed foods.

Only because I was lazy/broke. Body letting me know I need more/better nutrition so I've taken it more serious. Gotta eat a few times a day at least. Vegetables, fruits, etc. Treat your body right and it loves you back

Individuals like him, ruin legit and powerful tools like fasting and healthy eating. He’s clearly on anabolic steroids and knows nothing about aging when he’s bald. A ridiculous amount of disservice to fasting as a whole.

Snacking on fruits/vegetables/nuts through the day then eating a nice filling dinner

I'm doing the one meal a day thing currently lol. Went down 3 sizes in under 2 months. Takes a lot of discipline but you get used to it.
