:gucci:...From supplements (fish oils, cod liver oils, etc) and food. In intermittent fasting you still get a 6 to 8 hour eating window. You're just forgoing food/calories for 16 to 20 hours after your last meal of the day. OMAD is just an extreme version of IF.

How do you stop from feeling hungry all day?

I'm doing a negative calorie diet during the day which is basically the same, eating fruits, vegetables and some protein and eating one real meal a day.

Gotta get fit for Hawaii!
I just try to keep my mind occupied, or I’ll drink something with 0 calories. I remember reading somewhere that when people think they’re hungry a lot of times they’re just dehydrated and not actually hungry.
