I'm so glad this thread was made.

I was literally looking up stuff because I was scared I may make myself sick.

Twice a day is fine with me.

I eat my oatmeal and fruit.

Have my variety of mix nuts to kill the hunger. I eat my big meal before work with my fruit. Then I can go until oatmeal time again.

It's not necessary to eat so much.

I do have a splurge meal. But it's not a "day" it's just the meal and call it a day.

I don't like to eat, I go without food regularly, only eat when I got brain fog or can;t concentrate...shyt is bad

How’s that weigh on the mental?
Any type of diet that causes u to lose weight is gonna make u grumpy. So be prepared to act like an a$$hole for couple of weeks until ur body adjusts to your new life style. Once u get past the a$$hole stage, u feel mentally better and more alert.

But will it have my mind racing and shyt? That’s the worst feeling. Yesterday my brain just had this feeling of being in a frenzy. Everything was fine but it’s like my body didn’t wanna believe that. Worst feeling of my life man feel like my brain wasn’t mine.

No. U will actually be more relaxed and focused

Breh sounds like u had a panic or anxiety attack. Yea that shyt is the worse feeling in the world. Exercising and diet definitely 100% helps preventing that shyt

Yeah me and my girl getting back in the gym hard, been in two days straight now. I feel way better.

What about not being able to eat? I can take a few bites of shyt and either feel full or not want it anymore. I figured my stomach shrunk or something. I lost 10-15 pounds (abs were forming) then gained some back (gut came back in)

nah u stay hungry if u exercise. Especially while you're cutting. Your body is deprived of calories/energy and wants more. One thing u dont wanna do is starve yourself. That shyt will fukk up your metabolism system and throw everything off. Make sure you're getting the right amount of calories per day
