ren also made it sound like eazy only put dresta & knoccout on cuz they helped him go against death row, aint buyin that shyt either

eazy put alot of cats on, aside from shyt like tairrie b and hwa ruthless was actually a pretty dope label with more variety than you would think

yomo and maulkie, blood of abraham, atban klann, menajahtwa, brownside, etc

cats forget that eazy was actually a hip hop head

none of those guys were really any good tho. besides the Atban Klann that turned into BEP what has anyone else done since then. Eazy had a lot of great ideas with those groups & acts but he picked the wrong talent or it was too early for the trends

i feel you, most the shyt was pretty forgettable

there was alot of other cats too tho, that never came out

i think dude from kottonmouth kings was signed with ruthless in like 89 or some shyt

they did alright for themselves, i guess

he said he lived with eazy for awhile and got a gun pulled on him one night after wakin up to take a piss in the middle of the night, thinkin someone was breakin in his crib or some shyt

told him "you gonna get your ass killed, whiteboy"

that's what i'm saying, Bone was really the only thing to blow out of that second generation of Ruthless acts. the others were either too ahead of their time for the pick (Menahjatwa fr example, an all female group talking about sex shyt) or they weren't really any good like Blood Of Abraham (also ahead of the curve being a "real Hip Hop" white group)
