eBay To Spin Off PayPal

it was because paypal missed out on Apple pay, other corps dont want to deal with ebay just to get paypal, paypal was going to miss out on a lot of things being under ebay

i read somewhere apple pay had something to do with it. but there's always team android which is probably has more potential than apple.

companies don't have to deal with ebay when dealing with paypal. i don't think. ebay seems like just one revenue stream for paypal. paypal is all over the net (walmart, etc) minus amazon, craigslist.

i also don't understand why ebay stock would go up after letting paypal go.

paypal already has a deal with samsung and it flopped, but the only reason why paypal went with samsung was because the ebay ceo forced them too (paypal didnt want to upset apple), so paypal's deal with samsung flopped and they lost out on apple pay, all because of ebay

i see apple pay going the same way google wallet went, its not going to do much

i dont see what is special about using your phone to pay, i think it would be cool for mobile and online payments but i dont see myself pulling out my phone to pay at mcdonalds
