COMPLETE FABRICATION is what that last statement was.

the west as whole has NEVER... EVA dissed the south. the west have to many family members in the south and southern connects to pull that one.

dissing the south is like dissing ya grand mother, aunt and uncle. literally.

the south was a slowed down version of the west. everyone knew this. and we appreciated the love from the south. no hate at all. and dont go finding a one off song or two about one rapper having issues with the south or one other southern rapper.

I dealt with this already in my previous post to flav so I won't go into the west coast dissing the south, but just because the west have a lot of southern family members means nothing. A lot of New yorkers did to, and still dissed. If you are black, and American, chances are you have a majority of your family in the south.

You guys gotta realize that whatever culture is most popular at the moment will run the music also.

Right now everyone is on that southern culture. When EC. Had it everyone was on their culture, their slang, walk, talk, etc. Same when the WC had it. Just so happens southern culture struck gold because our culture appeals more to the youth than east or west.

The radio is going to chase which ever style is selling, no conspiracy involved, it's aal bout the dollar! Until grown folk start leading again and thinking their too old for hip hop the youth will continue to lead. Hip hop is us nikkas in our 30's music, we the ones made it what it is! But we giving it away!

Ny were notorious haters and that's ok, its what they need to get back too, stop trying to make friends. They need bring that ny cockiness back! In the 90's ny wasn't openly giving any oher regions music props. Any other response and either you weren't there or you're revisioning. A song had to be a MAJOR hit to get love there and they would still mumble that it's bullshyt really.

People did dance to songs like Shook Ones, it's just that nikkas then didn't shake their ass to every song. We'd jump out and get buck...it's playing on my pandora now and I'm boppin!

We need these femcees to get back in the game so females will come back. Rap nikkas need stop chasing these hoes and make hoes chase them again. So with this I will admit this generation are hoe ass nikkas. We made our hoes listen and dance to some straight up grimey shyt. Tell a bytch in the car she better not touch the fukkin radio! You nikkas already have Stinky Leg or Donkey But playing for them! Scust...

I think Ebro actually does a great job.... considering the position he's in.

Yeah i'm sure there are certain artists he wants to play all day long.... but he has to go with what appeals to the masses who aren't Hiphop heads first unfortunately. But he still manages to slip other artists in and give them exposure or give MC's like Talib, Action Bronson etc. interviews or freestyles etc.

It could be a lot worse unfortunately..........

See this is what alot of these people don't understand.

These record companies main goal is to make MONEY not to dumb down black people and make the youth more violent or whatever they just want money and they could care less about the other extra shyt that's involved. Sadly most people are drawn to crazy-ass music.

But, it's 2013 who still listens to radio :pachaha:

It's spiritual payback.

I believe what you put out, comes back to you, and NYC was on some other shyt when it came to other regions. We really loved smelling our own shyt, but we shytted on other people. This wasn't even just in music, but regular people who left NYC to live other places. We would talk about how NYC is better, and shyt on the place we were at, and built up hate towards us. A lot of people LOVED New Yorkers, and wanted to please us, but our egos fukked that up, and now we are seeing the payback.

Niccas from NY who came down to Miami always thought they ran shyt. :heh: One my niccas was from NY and that dude always wanted to hear ny music. You couldn't pay this nicca to listen to Trick Daddy or any other shyt from the south.
