Alex Jones is upset with Rogan, who use to be his close friend, because he feels that Joe hasn't had him on his show because media/tech companies are telling Joe they will censor or demonetize or go after him if he does. Alex said that Joe has been giving "SuperUser" powers on YouTube, meaning he can go after any pundits that go after him by lowering their likes all the way to editing or removing entire videos.
Alex is also upset because he feels Joe is saying false information about him or believing media reports.
Alex is also upset with him, because he had Twitter's founder Jack Dorsey on a few days and Alex believes Jack has a huge amount of influence in Bitcoin, which Joe has been promoting, and cost people there money when it crashed. Alex was approached many times about advertising Bitcoin and other cryptos but explained he didn't do it, because it was to much bubble potential, which was correct and that because he is under so much scrutiny he would have been charged with fraud on his channel although all these other podcasters have done the same thing and nothing happened to them.
So he's literally showing this Planet of the Apes video to show Joe how words can be taken out of context used against you the way they have been used against Alex.
