it will affect everything because ppl will begin to rope off either territory or resources even more. Imagine if black dollars were flowing to & through black businesses. It would be TRUE class warfare. That being said most people don't understand politics nor economics so its a snails pace.

let's not talk about hispanics and blacks for a moment.
if you look at the "white" population. caucasian european whites and white jews don't exactly get a long. jewish cacs rule the other cacs. jews represent less than 2% of the population. in the last 100 years they've gotten more and more power. the regular cacs we're used to have gotten poorer. much poorer. still not black poorer. overall all races have had it bad since the economy went under but i don't think hispanics have had it that bad.
also if you look at the worldwide political arena, minorities have run shyt. so "whites" losing numbers doesn't really mean anything. if they're ontop and lose, everyone else at the bottom loses more.
white folks will still run shyt for a few generations. until we start seeing hispanics owning and running a good number of major companies in the fortune 500. but that's 200+yrs away..
