Clearly he ain't the smartest dude out there, marrying a chick with a low age-to-relationship success ratio, but that one statement in the filing is so telling. Perhaps they didn't go to pre-marital counseling, or maybe he just went along to get along and finally reached a boiling point. I hope one of her life changing decisions wasn't IVF without his consent which is why he's asking for a DNA test, that would be savage.

The statement from the filings clearly says what the issue he has is. She making life changing decisions without him. I've been married closed to 12 years and this is BIG, most men don't even know how to articulate the fact that this is happening when it's happening and as a result act out because of it. Its probably a bunch of little stuff that's adding up coupled with the fact that she's been an independent woman for so long makes it tough (where we're gonna live, what we're gonna do for the holidays, who the baby is gonna be named after, etc.). I don't wanna jump to conclusions, but I kinda saw this coming. There's a reason why this smart, independent, beautiful woman who's now close to 40 ain't never been able to maintain a significant relationship

Dudes need to check game. If you meet a beautiful, intelligent, seemingly nice woman whose damn near middle aged whose never had a long-term relationship and/or marriage, something up with her. And it's probably that she's so used to being on her own and making the decisions, that she can't submit to someone.

Not saying this is the situation here, because I don't know these people. But I wouldn't be surprised.
