Vlad is getting amazing interviews, he needs to stay away from the people who are gimmicks and just interested in getting a buzz off negativity. Interview more people like Eddie Griffin, his fukking story is insane... the fact he had the balls to go up to Dice Clay at the height of that level of STARDOM, crazy.... he could get Dice Clay on board that fast. It makes you wonder how many jokes Griffin wrote for Dice?

Chris Rock had like 3 or 4 guys help him on all his shows.
Louis CK was on of the writers on his first two HBO shows.
