Delaware been a shyt hole though, I got family from Philly who lives out there and its pretty shytty from what I have seen going up there. I'm pretty sure Philly nikkas was corrupting Delaware back in the 60's and 70's before Atlanta even jumped off the porch.

And Im not leaving anything behind, my Dad is still here and I own property here, and I will for sure move back one day.

Where you gonna go and raise them kids that doesnt have the same issue you trying to avoid?

Yep. I hate to say it because I love my city, I rep this shyt to the fullest, but to be honest the A is still living off the glory days of the 90's and early 2000's. This shyt is all down hill from here. And the signs are everywhere. I started noticing it about 4-5 years ago when a lot of the "good" girls I knew growing up started to move away, like its literally been a mass exodus of smart good head on they shoulders type chicks who are fleeing this city. The only ones that is staying are the birds who think they can retire off stripping or meet some baller who will take care of them for the rest of they life. You cant find jobs here like you used to, I remember when you could get a good job here just off knowing somebody who worked somewhere. That person didnt even have to be a big wig at the company. shyt even the streets are drying up, even the dope boys is leaving and going to places like Ohio, the Carolinas and Tennesee. And when the Feds finally crack down on all this Tax, and Bank and Wire fraud thats going on now in Atlanta its really gonna be a wrap.

I'm already making my plans. I hope to be out of here by the first of '15. I'm trying to be ahead of the curve because I got a feeling that in 10 years this place will be a hell hole. And I'm getting to the age now where a nikka thinking about starting a family and shyt and I just cant see myself raising kids in Atlanta the way I see it going. This shyt has become a perverted mix of everything that is wrong with black people.

I have a lot of family that left ATL over the last few years too and they have big time credentials. Morally and socially that city is a mess.

That doesnt matter because kids aint the only issue, as of right now I have none. I was just elaborating about the crime shyt to highlight why I think Atlanta is going down hill in addition to the economy. The reason I even went on that rant in the first place was because nikkas from out of town still think this city is still on some 1998 Atlanta shyt when it aint. Im moving because Atlanta has gotten to the point where the same reason nikkas moved here to get money has made Atlanta to the point where we can go other places and get money because it not as saturated, Ive been on that tip. Ive already moved away and come back and now Im about to do it again.
