I listened to the Singh Brothers' episode this morning and it was a great listen. Even if you're not a fan their story is pretty inspirational.

The Singh Brothers and Beth Phoenix Weighs in on the First Ever Women's Royal Rumble

Welcome to another edition of E&C's Pod of Awesomeness.

This week the Rocket Strappers spoke with the Singh Brothers, who detailed the incredible, inspiring journey that led them to the WWE. These guys personify the word resilience. Also, the Singhs reminisced about the time they took Edge hiking to pick his brain, and Christian cooked up an alternative gimmick for them, in case they wind up needing it down the road.

Before talking to the Singhs, though, E&C answered a few fan questions and caught up with Beth Phoenix, who shared her thoughts on the upcoming women's Royal Rumble!

The Animal, Batista!

What's up, Hosers?!

This week on E&C's Pod of Awesomeness, we have the man who was supposed to come on the show last week (technical difficulties), the inspiration behind The Ballad of Little Dave Batista....Batista!

E&C kicked things off by playing his anthem, of course (sung by Brian Gewirtz), before talking everything from his last run in the WWE, to landing Guardians of the Galaxy and his love of selling in the ring. Also, in case you were wondering, yes, Christian sort of messed up Batista's house--not as bad as Samoa Joe's, but enough.

Plus, The Strappers discussed some new WWE signees that they're excited about, Beth had a crazy time traveling to the Mixed Match Challenge, and Christian explained In-N-Out's "Animal Style" to Edge.

Listening now. Batista may be one of the most likeable guys I've heard on these kinds of podcasts. He's very level headed in regards to everything. :ehh:

NXT's Johnny Gargano!

What's up, Hosers?

Welcome to another Pod of Awesomeness.

On this week's show, we have none other than...

JOHN-NY WREST-LING (CLAPCLAP--CLAPCLAPCLAP)! Johnny Gargano sat down with the Rocket Strappers to talk about how he fell in love with wrestling, whether he prefers life as a singles or tag team wrestler, and his incredible match with Andrade Cien Almas, at the most recent NXT Takeover. Also, E&C came up with a new Gargano-based metric for rating matches, and helped Johnny with some new t-shirt slogans.

And before the interview--OOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHH IT WAS A BIG INTRO BROTHER BROTHER--Edge and Birdman covered both Royal Rumbles and NXT Takeover, while fighting through multiple cameos from Christian's landline phone.

HERE WE GO.

WHO WANTS TO TALK WITH ELIAS?

What's up, Hosers? Welcome to another edition of E&C's Pod of Awesomeness.

On today's show we have ::guitar strum:: ELIAS!

The Rocket Strappers grabbed their guitars and took a walk with one of the WWE's fastest rising stars, talking about his time in NXT as The Drifter, his Metal Jesus indie gimmick, and how long it takes him to write his songs, Elias also spoke on what it took to break through as a professional wrestler, and his upcoming Elimination Chamber match.

Plus, Bird and Edge talk creative XFL names, cutting promos, and what it would be like to have Michael Hayes on the show.

BOOYAKA, BOOYAKA, Rey Mysterio!

I think I gave away this week's guest with the first word of this description, but in case you still aren't sure, it's Rey Mysterio!

Rey jumped on with the Rocket Strappers to catch up on old times, recall the journey that turned him into the legend he is today, and speak on his future as a professional wrestler. Also, he talked in-depth about being unmasked, and got to hear Christian react, for the first time, to his now famous pull-up blooper.

Before sitting down with Rey, the guys talked about the Elimination Chamber PPV and Portland Trail Blazers star, Damian Lillard, who left Edge off his WWE Mount Rushmore.

Sheamus and Cesaro,The Bar!

Here on the Pod of Awesomeness, we're always striving for excellence--some may say that we set the...wait for it... BAR real high. And...hold on, here it comes... BARring technical difficulties, I think you'll enjoy E&C's interview with...THE BAR, Sheamus and Cesaro.

God, that was bad.

Anyway, The Rocket Strappers talked to RAW's tag champs about how their team was formed, the transition from singles wrestling to tag team wrestling, and who they'd like to face, going forward. Also, Sheamus and Cesaro detailed how they stay in shape on the road and discussed Cesaro's hatred of beach balls, among other things.

This episode had it all--a lot of laughs, some ranting, Christian singing Hey Jude, and a Tony, Toni, Tone reference.

Stone Cold Steve Austin and Bret Hart Breakdown Their WrestleMania 13 Submission Match in Our Latest "Anatomy of a Match"

Welcome to a very special, once in a lifetime edition of E&C's Pod of Awesomeness.

First things first, it's our one-year anniversary! And what a year it's been--Rocket Strapping, Paul Smackage, incredible guests, and TOMMAY! Thanks for all the support, and here's to year two.

But before starting a new year of the show, we had to celebrate year one with our second ever "Anatomy of a Match."

Stone Cold. Bret Hart. WrestleMania 13.

These legends joined the pod together to take us through the entire experience--the in-ring psychology, the double heel-face turn, making the decision to get color, the importance of Ken Shamrock, and the bloody sharpshooter that capped everything off.

It was truly a wrestling master class from two of the best to ever lace up the boots.

And before talking to Bret and Steve, the Strappers shared their thoughts on hitting the one-year mark, Daniel Bryan's return, and The Ultimate Deletion.

West where the Sunsets
Hell of an ep. I recently watched one of their matches when they toured overseas, so hearing this was a dope follow up.

I haven't heard any other AOAM E&C have done, but it's a good concept.
