I have this. I usually mix it with apple cider vinegar. But I don't like to use it because it is STRONG. You can feel it pulling gunk out your skin. It pulsates and itches. I can't stand it for more than 5 minutes. I used queen helenes mint julep mask now.

cant tell you...i did about two teaspoons, maybe an equal amount ACV and maybe twice as much water to dilute it and knocked it all down in a few gulps...i've only done it twice, every other day, but i have no reasoning behind it...somebody else can enlighten you better on that part...
