Egg prices expected to raise to record highs for all of 2025. WTF

The good news is, egg prices aren't that bad for you.So I guess I'm lucky to be from Syracuse then because eggs have never reached $10+the highest price I've seen for eggs was $6 and change but most of them in every grocery store tend to be in that $5-$6 range whether they're on sale or not.
The average 12-pack of eggs is between $5-$5.99 in 'Cuse...Eggland's Best cage-free brown eggs are on sale for $5.99 this week at Tops Market, and even the 12 or 18-pack cartons of eggs that aren't on sale are still somewhere between $5.50-$6.
The bad news is, you live in Syracuse.
