I was in Kuwait some years back I believe I mentioned it before. Walked around with some coworkers just exploring. Entered a store and these bozos started gathering around staring me down. Mind you, I'm FULLY dressed no skin showing. I got so scared I asked us to leave. They peeped what was possibly brewing so they had no problem.
Stayed in the hotel
Obviously it wasn't on the level of these clowns but understand it is just simply deviant behavior.
