ISIS fighting Russians, Syrians, Iraqi, and Saudis yet they are supposed to be afraid of a few hundred Mexicans? 
Y'all give the bogeyman cartel too much credit. Where was all this tough talk when the Cubans rescued Yasiel Puig, they broke him out IN Mexico. Not to mention the cartel needing federal help with the citizens fighting back against the cartel members.
