So lets say you go to Mexico on vacation and end up getting kidnapped by the sinolao cartel (el chapo's son that set it off recently)..they got you in a cold room and the son is talking to you..then the nikka starts choking on a borrito, you do the hymlec maneuver and save his life..

He tells you; "you saved my life and now i consider you family..you can either stay here in Mexico, become rich and live like a king or leave and go back to america unharmed"...
