I finally went and fought and beat Margit, I was level 37. I still don't see how y'all are moving so fast there is so much shyt in the first area I think y'all are missing out on.

Google the Raya Lucaria crystal tunnel.
The boss there drops an item you can bring to the merchant at the central hub/guild table place and then you can buy unlimited smithing stones 1+2
The power-stance jump attack with collossal swords is game-breaking.. Can poise-break bosses in three hits. Even cheesed the Valiant Gargoyles with it

Anybody on a dex build? What weapon y'all running? I'm tempted to switch to the bloodhound curved great sword but that means picking up 8 strength.
Not trying to use a katana though. They're always good and I had enough

That’s what I’m rocking with right now. One handed with a shield, it’s been doing what I need it to do. Works great on bosses with the blood loss status.Anybody on a dex build? My build is dex and intelligence with just enough strength for great swords.

I run the Guts sword for Bosses
For regular enemies I'm running dual-wield got the bloodfang sword on one hand and a halbred on the other for poke
