Finished Rannis quest and got Black Knife Tiche. 
Just finished it too... honestly the quests in this game are nonsensical. Only did it for the exploration tbh. only gonna finish the associated questlines and then im ignoring everyone else smh. The vague side missions are kinda lame. I know this is how From gets down but I they should at least have a quest line tab to let you know what you started imo. I’m 75 hours in and completely forgot some that I picked up hours ago. I know the purest are gonna come flame me but

I just beat Loretta, Knight of the Haligtree on first try. It seems the bosses are getting way to easy to beat but some enemies are more tough than the boss like two mages near Haligtree Promenade before you meet Loretta are pain in the ass to deal with

That entire area, from start to finish (Malenia), is 100% pure ass. I killed the first version of Loretta first try no problem, but the Haligtree version was fukking me up for a few minutes.
But man that whole area sucks, especially if you're intent on killing and looting everything, like my dumb ass. With baseball starting up, I haven't turned my system on in two days. Still have yet to fight last boss in Crumbling Farum.
Wait a min, you gotta fight Loretta again in her Haligtree version?

Haligtree is 2nd Loretta. You fight her in Caria Manor also, which I guess you could fight after if you don't find it before Haligtree. But Haligtree is the 'real' Loretta.

How do I stop being summoned to another world cause shyt is annoying when I tried to fight and being sent to another world until I return to my world and shyt... that enemies are fully health.

I have no idea. I know there’s a thing that twin maidens in roundtable sell that makes that happen, but I don’t know if it’s always active or if you can turn it off. I feel like you should be able to turn it off, but haven’t bought it so can’t test. Otherwise, playing offline will definitely solve that problem lol.
Deactivate the white ring in your inventory, it's either the white or the blue that allows ppl to summon you to help them
Once I bought it and I didn't put them in my inventory or equip it. it seems always active once you bought it.

Naa its not you must've pressed use by accident just go to it again and turn it off
