YOu can't leave an animal alive once it starts viewing humans as prey. It looked like the gator was going for the dog but I bet she was holding on to the leash and got attacked too.

of course human will always be as as good as anything else for them. it's not like it's a bad dog that have been train to kill humans for example, he's just trying to eat, the dog was easier to get that's why he went at it first, but when he got to the woman he was like, f*** it imma take it
