Many White Americans who voted for him most likely are tired/disappointed of Trump.

However, they’ll gladly vote for someone worse than Trump.

Really think what they mean when Trump voters say “This isn’t what I voted for”: what they really wanted is to vote for slavery, pure slavery. This wasn’t that, so they’re disappointed.

However what they don’t realize is that like any business, the more powerful people will kill the insignificant of them because at the end of the day it’s about resource procurement. Why should poor people get to own more slaves than their rich counterparts for example? They’d get killed for them, that’s what they don’t realize.

Truth is during slavery not many poor white people owned slaves. That was mainly the rich white Southerners who owned plantations that did.

Poor White people don’t understand their place and misjudge their “power”, even if slavery came back. In capitalism big bank take little bank, always. Money, labor, anything. If that wasn’t the case they’d all be thriving today.

The Republicans messed up with Trump and its hard to see how they will return from Trumpism.....most of them will not want to be associated with him by the end of his term.

Desantis was always unlikeable....they will lose in 2028 unless the dems just drop the ball again.

I think they are going to push Youngkin as a man in a suit but I don’t think they will actually care. They want to go back to yelling on Fox about the terrible Dem policy than having to pretend they have a policy they haven’t already enacted to disaster with Trump
