I already saw that she dismissed accusations of racism.

I need to read the actual opinion.

Is that ONE case enough to dismiss a black woman judge?

OK.

Fine.

Who else you got? Give me names.

Hell Yes

Read the history and detail of the case.

No self-respecting black person wouldn't have simply signed off on that settlement.

I'm confused how
"Elections and Courts matter. Thank you Joe Biden for nominating Ketanji Jackson to the SCOTUS"

isn't considered trolling, when it's evident whom this person is and the op can make such a thread talking to predominantly black males, while being aware of the c00ning. Like why does this guy have free reign to promote such crap under false pretenses

What did Thurgood do for BP that benefit BP? What’s the balance? Was he there for symbolism or to actually make a difference?

Are you serious? Thurgood Marshall was probably the most legendary Black Civil Rights lawyer in history, he's the guy who went to the Supreme Court and won Shelley v. Kraemer and Brown v. Board of Education, among other cases. He has at least 6-8 major Supreme Court wins and they're all on Black civil rights cases.

As a Supreme Court justice he always advocated for Black folk and civil rights. He's only 1 vote out of 9, there was nothing he could do unilaterally, but he stayed just a powerful voice for the right side during his tenure on the court as he had been beforehand.

Thanks for informing and acknowledging these facts.

I wonder what this swirler is going to do about this, when she sees no racism (hence sees nothing wrong with racism? How wil she vote? She only sees sexism and identifies with her gender solely, not with her Blackness.

Black people want a judge that is beneficial. Not someone who aligns with white supremacy.

I agree. Just That we need actual names of young black judges.

Some people have irrational expectations, like wanting a whole celebrity superstar with charisma as a black judge. Like how some women like Tupac in a Business Suit.
