Eventually they'll come with a mini solar panel so they can charge as you drive but who knows if thats even possible or I'm just talking ridiculous.

It can be used to extend range, but you use faster than solar can charge

How you drive and what you already driving play a part in it too though. If you have a gas guzzler you stopping too.

I can't see myself going back to no gas whip ever again, especially here in cali where gas at high GPA numbers and I get all these breaks for going electric.

I think most modern ev cars allow u to use gasoline as well. When one runs out, the other takes over.
