Thats the point, shouldn't we be more outraged about the poisoning of the water vs the fact that its not free?People don't really give a fukk about that,but can muster up anger about having to pay for the possibly poisonous water. And there should be a non government agency besides the EPA who makes sure the water is clean. Citizens should be demanding to pay a little more for water for the added protection:respect:.
