Rather deal with a robot than the attitude of a human. Thus wy i strictkly deal with ATMs and submit online requests for everything. If I have to actually speak to a human being (on the phone or in person) i'll probably skip it.

Let's put it this way: If i go to a gas station and the sign says i have to go inside to pay... I leave
