6'2? That shyt hit him dead in his hands breh. Might not of been a perfect pass but you a WR dog. Your job is to catch the football, especially ones that you got BOTH hands on. Every pass can't be perfect but come on breh that should have been caught.

Wes Welker Superbowl XLVI Dropped Pass - YouTube

I have seen the pass 1000 times. I am aware that it hit his hands. I am also aware that he left his feet and had to twist his body in mid air. The same way you are expecting him to bring it in because it hit his hands is the same way I am expecting one of the greatest QBs ever to deliver a better pass to a wide open reciever. Every pass can't be perfect but the reciever should be? :wtf:

Wes can't make those type of catches. He's limited. Brandon Lloyd would have had it though :manny:

When you consider the players involved, the timing, and the impact each play would have had on each game it's luck breh. :heh:
:comeon: really ? So the giants get no credit for winning ?? Yur putting it down to luck?
When you consider a wide receiver dropping a pass or a corner dropping a pick it's execution breh :heh:

I know. Eli had to hit manningham and did , while Brady and welker couldn't

Right now?

Honestly....

Peyton will beat the mediocre to bad teams...he plays in a soft division...he's gonna have better numbers than ELi....

But you get in a playoff game against the Niners with a fast defense....im taking Eli's arm.

Sometimes your job as a reciever is to bail out the QB. On the biggest stage of em all, Welker's gotta make that catch. Boldin made some really, really tough catches for the Ravens in the playoffs last year and was a huge reason they won it all. The quarterbacks job is to make sure you put the ball where the reciever has a chance. The recievers job is to catch the ball. :yeshrug:

You underestimate how Welker have to turn his body over in order to have a chance to make a catch. It was more of Brady throwing in the wrong spot than Welker dropping the ball.

In order to bail someone out, dont' they have to fukk up first? :leon:

It's always the QBs job to deliver the best pass possible. Brady didn't do that, period. at comparing Wes Welker to Anquan Boldin. Two totally body types and play styles. Dude is at least 4 inches taller than Welker, that would certianly be a much easier catch for him.

I never said it was a perfect pass, but it was catchable. The fact that he got both hands on it proves that.

I never said it wasnt' catchable or that he didn't get both hands on it. My only point was that Brady fukked up on that play. The fact that Wes almost bailed him out but that doesn't change the fact that it was a fukk up on Brady's part.

:salute: for the maturity.

:wtf: Giving up 17 and 21 pts respectively when you have one the top offenses in the league history both times=choking now? :rudy: Who was responsible for the 3 SB wins...lemme guess the great, clutch, unflappable, Tom Brady right? :comeon:

In both SBs the Giants offense started on their own 17 and 12 yard line respectively with less than 4 minutes to go (less than 3 in SBXLII)...yet the defense let them march all the way down the field. Props to Eli and the receivers but the Pats D choked when it counted most.
