Eli is the greatest average QB of all time. There are the all time elites of which he is not a part of. Then theres Eli in a class by himself. He does the shyt all time greats dream of but failed to do in they career (Marino, his bro, etal) He is a legend point blank most 4th qt come back td's in a season , only QB to throw a last-minute, championship-winning touchdown in the NFL title game (including the pre-Super Bowl era) when a field goal would not at least tie the game. Toppled an undefeated juggernaut ... u cant make this shyt up.

He is also incredibly, mind numbingly, make u drinkably average.

158tds and 157ints in his first ten years isnt great in any era. having 4 seasons of throwing more picks than td's, isnt great in any era. now after 92 he had six great years and im not saying he wasnt a good qb, but when i hear people act like he should be on the mt. rushmore of nfl qb's i have to shyt wilbon thinks dude is the goat. the shyt just seems to be accepted because the media has spit it that way for the last 20 years.

thats not true. he didnt have a running game in 2011, in fact the giants were dead last in rushing. and he still went on to have a great year and lead the league in 4th quarter comebacks and win the super bowl.

im not completely excusing his play these first 3 games because some of these passes have me but the bigger issue is the line. snee is done and should of retired last season like he was planning on. baas is soft a shyt, ive never liked dude and wanted him to stay in san fran in the championship game. pugh is a rookie, boothe is solid/good, and beattys regressed after having a good year last season, but he just got paid so maybe hes like now. then add a running back who cant pick up a blitz for shyt and you have blitzkrieg on the offense. sprinkle in gilbride never hearing of short routes to combat the lack of time in the pocket and this will conitnue every sunday. reese has neglected to add young talent on the offensive line and its showing. giants fans have been shytting on the line for a while now. the fact diehl is still on the team despite being garbage for the last 3 years is all u need to know. the only difference is eli would cover up those mistakes with his 4th quarter heroics but theres only so long you can do it until it just stops working.
