The 2 rings will put him in and with him probably playing another few years his overall numbers are going to stack up with the great ones. Lesser players are in so Eli will get a call from Canton too. Probably first ballot at that.

A good amount of people who don't watch the Giants will never appreciate Eli. And when he's had guys who can make plays, he's been really good. I'm actually pretty surprised he gets as much hate as he does.

This is quite the conundrum.

Eli is not great, he's okay. But he's done great things (a couple times).
He is The Human Exception.

If his name was Eli Stufenfuss, I think people would call him Trent Dilfer 2.0...but
his name is Eli Manning, and I think he will be enshrined in Canton someday.

It was said in here that he may not be as bad as Namath.
I think Joe would be his only competition for worst QB in the pro football hall of fame.

The fact you called him Trent Dilfer 2.0 lets me know you know little about football

How is he not Trent Dilfer 2.0, sir?

He's the complete opposite of Trent Dilfer

Dilfer was a game manager, Eli is a gun-slinger

Until the Giants switch offensive Coordinators
Giants were a play-action go big down the field team, which led Eli to not have the highest completion percentage or high numbers in INTs
But the GIANTS are always near the top in passing yards. Now that you see the GIANTs running an offense similar to what just about everybody is running with the shorter passes and routes his completion percentage has been his best and probably going to improve again due to him being in his 3rd season in this offense

But you dudes don't watch games...y'all study stats!

What you don't realize is you have to watch the games to put the numbers in perspective

Preach my guy! Anyone who watched him LAST SEASON knows that Eli was quite masterful in MANY of those games. That defense was horrid, Eli was damn near the hero in a lot of those late game losses.
