Romo never had a great offensive line or a defense with a dominate group whether it was defensive line, linebackers or secondary.

Been saying this for years,those 2 rings masked peoples perception that he was better than he actually is...He was never elite never will be,5 more rings wont change that,he was fortunate to play on those teams that gave him alot of help and were basically teams that got hot at the right time of the season matched with a couple of flukey individual plays...

So is it Eli's fault they have missed the playoffs 4 of the last 5 years and have failed to reach 10 wins? If the SBs and comebacks are all to his credit doesn't that mean this debacle of a season along with the pretty much yearly disappointments in a shytty ass division are all on him too right? Why doesn't he just put them on his back and lead a bunch of comebacks now?

Giants got hot at the right time twice. Eli did his thing and certainly wasn't garbage in those instances however the lack of consistency by the team as a whole really takes a great deal of the shine off those rings IMO.

There's nothing to re-write. If Crayton or Fasano catches wide the fukk open passes, you're not winning the 2007 Super Bowl. The point is, people put the ultimate team game on one person. It's unfair for Romo and it's unfair to Eli. Eli is struggling because he has NO running game to take the pressure off of him to, his oline is not playing well, and his defense is not playing well. This is what's Romo been going through since 2010. You're lucky you have a good GM and head coach while we're stuck with Jerrah.
