Minister Louis Farrakhan is a follower of Elijah Muhammad Diet. And I can’t help but noticed how amazingly he has aged. The man is 83, yet he is full of vitality and looks that of a man in his 50. His hair is still in fact, minimal wrinkles, pearly white teeth and sharp mind.

The diet stresses on eating only one meal a day, a quality meal and fasting for the rest of the day. If you can master this, make it a meal once every other day. It meant to improve mental clarity, rejuvenate the body and give humans peak physical condition. This diet isn’t suited for athletes but rather the go getters of this world who seek knowledge, financial power and freedom. Even Malcom X claimed that a man’s desire for food is greater than his desire for sex. The Ancient Egyptians, Greeks and Romans also stated the benefits of one meal a day and being in a fasted state.

But personally, I agree with swine being filth but I think they overstate the negative impact of meat overall. You wouldn’t find a diet better than Keto.

I kind of do this. I wake up, I'm not hungry for like the first 5 hours, Then get hungry around 2 or 3. Eat a large meal of my choice (take out or healthy) then I'm good until like 10 or 11 when I usually make a sandwich or have a cereal and bagel. I see the point, it gives your digestive system a rest and allows it to process the food you have. Plus for me I've lost about 40 lbs since last year doing this because it does allow me to eat what I want and have the portion I want and still have the rest of the day to burn it

Maybe we have it completely backwards when it comes to nutrition. The body is the PREFECT machine, it has already been designed and created for optimal existence. The body is always seeking homeostasis and optimal health. Maybe our corrupt lifestyle and constant inference is preventing us reaching our potential and optimal health.

Look at all these nomadic/remote natives and ancient Greeks. They both ate so little, but all groups have well developed physiques and free from all the maldevelopment you find in the modern world such poor teeth development, poor jaw development, acne, hairloss(At a relative young age 18-40¬) and all types of illness and conditions.

The Dinka pictured in the first photograph have a high protein diet based around cow meat and milk. They also eat sorghum and millet, I believe.

Grandaddy used to pour that shyt on a biscuit...... and real talk.... a homemade biscuit with Sorghum would give me enough energy for an entire day... I would only start to somewhat crash during the end of the day when I had football practice.... Everyone is different tho
