I vote biggie cause I like his style more and like more of his songs than Pacs. That said its 1 and 1a, both are obviously goats. If they had bigger catalogs it'd be much easier to pick IMO.

Pac is lightyears ahead of Biggie lyrically. Especially when you factor in Biggie lyrics about suckin dikks.

Say what you want but it is widely known as one of the weakest tracks on the album AND one of Pac's worst songs. It's not the worst song on the album though, I'll give you that, it's Thug Passion.
Nasty Boy was a weak track but I still liked it.

Thug Passion was trash to me. Who wants to hear the Wacklawz rap about nothing and then hear Pac only for 1 verse about 4 minutes into the track? Run Tha Streetz, Wonda Why They Call U bytch, Thug Passion, and What'z Ya Phone # are all the bad tracks to me.
