Based on the comments on her tweet, it seems that the proposal is quite unpopular 
It's as expected though. Many yt people already go hard on welfare programs that give US citizens of all colors living in abject poverty a sliver of stability. Of course they're gonna get in their feelings over something that helps out black ppl.
The worst part is that their talking points are paper-thin.
