They didn't. Ted Kennedy's absence never gave them an actual supermajority.

Remember, most of what happened was somewhat legal and its damn hard to prosecute any of that shyt. DAMN hard. Its not as easy as pointing at one person and trying to find fault. Tons of traders lost licenses. Billions upon billions in fines were levied. Tons of reform happened. etc.
To say NOTHING happened is absolute bullshyt.

Yes we know the Senate at the time had 58 democrats and 2 independents along with the House was enough to get shyt done for obamacare...Now why couldnt that happen with Wallstreet reform?

I knew he had to be involved. He completely misrepresented what she was saying in order to soften the blow to Obama and Holder. There is a clear pattern of this going back years.
