Not a big Drake fan but Elliott Wilson can fukk off.

He thinks he redeemed his fukkshyt because he interviewed Roc Marci a few times. Fukk him forever.

Joe Budden is an actual drake fan. From day 1.

Most of these media guys are not or are on some weird backpacker shyt when they can't appreciate what he does.

if you notice, Lupe is an actual drake fan.

Theres a lot of guys who don't really understand Drake and Joe is one of the few in mainstream media who do.
what's not to understand. His music is surface level. He does interviews where the person conducting it is operating from a fan perspective (lebron/zane Lowe)and praising him . he's doesn't want to do a real interview. Joe budden is a drake stan but Joe won't do a softball interview

I’m happy he doesn’t. Them shyts be boring. Just beating around the bush for the nonsense that’s been covered for year. You get to see other sides of an artist when they do interviews with “non conventional” outlets. It’s why I like that Beyonce don’t give folks interviews. Control ya own narrative. fukk that

Drake is a culture vulture. It's smart of him to keep interviews to a minimum. The more people see him the more they see he's a corny 'white' kid from the tuna video from Canada cosplaying.

This here.

Hip Hop media would see through all the bullsh*t that Drake tries to speak on in interviews. That whole act wouldn't fly. The expectations of authenticity are different, than if you go outside of the community to speak. As noted, he's an actor playing "rapper". The more he speaks and the more he sits with Hip Hop journalists, the more he'd be exposed. His handlers know that it's best to limit his involvement as much as possible. It wouldn't go well for him
