To be fair, we actually do have an accountant shortage here in the states. I'm a CPA and I read/see it all the time. People get scared off and just become business or finance majors because the grind is great plus to even sit for the CPA exam, you need 150 semester hours of college. In many ways, you almost have to pursue it because so many people give a damn about those three letters. I don't but I just played the game to benefit myself and my family from it.

The thing about buying the election is, you probably can’t do that with most other politicians because they’re too noble and idealistic.

The other problem is the politician you dump that kind of money on may not win.

This was basically the ideal storm to make an investment for someone like Elon. Trump already won it once so that milestone already is complete, potentially needed the money and as most probably are aware of by now doesn’t really hold this country to being some kind of shining ideal.

We probably won’t see conditions like that again.
