Thugger can rap for shyt, can't even spit a pre written then why is he considered hip hop? Legit the only thing I've heard people praise him for is his voice or flow.. If that's the case then he shouldn't be considered hip hop considered he has zero elements of being it.. Not one. Does being black and singing over a hip hop beat automatically make you a hip hop artists? Unless the standard is so damn low for hip hop these days that moaning over a trap beat = hip hop
