A guy who forced his way to a team after threatening to pursue a baseball career if he were drafted by the colts, also employed a guy who sexually assaulted a woman, is complaining about character issues

The NFL stays caping for mediocre coaches of a certain hue and mediocre QB's of a certain hue. These vendettas and agendas from guys like Mike Shanninehan and Elway are silly. Character issues? RG3 may come across as a corny guy, but what character issues does he have? Hell, it mightve been a better option for them to say they feel he isn't a good enough QB skill wise(which i don't think is true considering all the mediocrity at the QB position in todaya NFL).

Shanahan has now gone on the record again. Among other things, he tells Jenny Vrentas of TheMMQB.com that the former Broncos coach did not speak to the current Broncos G.M. during the current offseason about Griffin.
