it's easily one of my favorite albums of the 2000s and I believe it will stand the test of time and be looked at as a classic when it's all said and done.
it's a lyrical tour de force, dude set the bar very very high, even for him :wow:

This album gets better with time. I won't lie, at first when it dropped I was bit underwhelmed because lyrically, Elzhi left the planet on this but the overall album felt a bit "flat" but now?...I can't stop listening to it. If you've been going through some shyt and you've had to deal with some of the themes he addresses on this album (depression, death around you, failed relationships), this album is just :wow:

Not sure why having Quelle Chris, 14 KT, Bombay, Oh No & Karriem Riggins is seen as skimping on beats.


Especially for an Elzhi album.


This is a very good record. Very good.

I think its that he went from preface, to ellmatic which sound wise was incredible to this. i know i was one of those that was very disappointed with the release. But yall gonna have me go back and revisit it now.
