Hold on the Breh was alright an elite level talent but a project none the the less I don't think he can go multiple years away from the game and than return at that same level...Also would his contract just be suspended until he returned?

That is true but at the same time you need him to develope as well and he will need to show he's productive on the court I propose a minutes restriction to like under 20 a game.
