If he plays good enough, he'll eat more the following seasons, and we'll be HAPPY TO PAY FOR IT.
If he sucks this year, it means nothing to us. And we'll be in a position to draft a QB aka win/win

its that #1 overall pick status, i get it for Stafford because of his arm. but ive never got the infatuation some scouts have for Bradford. he doesnt have a great arm, struggles to evade pressure and gets hurt. Chip giving the Rams a 2nd rounder was so dumb, Foles' 1 great season was better than anything SB had done but

Yeah it's odd you still see people talk about Bradfords upside as if he has great physical ability but can't stay healthy and put it all together when his physical ability is average at best. Average to below average arm strength and accuracy
