i always wondered how eminem killed jay-z on renegades when it wasnt a battle type of track, it was a subject, concept track and jay stuck on concept to what he could relate too more. he hung with eminem without even really trying.
Because Nas said so.

They both killed that track. :yeshrug:

Who cares if it's a battle type track or not, eminems verses and flow was better than Jays.. :yeshrug:

I appreciate Eminem from 1999-2003, I still listen to SSLP, MMLP sometimes. Haven't really checked for him since then.

Only a delusional camel cocksucking fan would think that both Jay and Em were on the same page in Renengade.

Jay was just his normal self, but Eminem was a lot more hungry, and was spittin' fire on that song, which made him stand out more. Eminem was basically beating the holy sh1t out of the beat.

Not saying that Jay was hot basura on that track, because he was incredible, but Eminem just came a lot harder (pause)

I'm far from a Jay-Z stan. His post "retirement" career has been complete :trash:

It was his best set of verses on Blueprint (unless we're counting Breathe Easy), and he definitely held his own on Renegade.

i mean.... dats hard 2 debate because eminem was around his peak around that time, but jay-z went crazy too and if u ask me, he had more quotables "i drove by the fork in the road and went straight" "grew up an orphan and often my pops was never home" jay killed it... eminem had some shyt, but i quote jay more than em
