Not to be on some funny shyt but there are many more examples of his foresight.
And if you are at least open to the idea of ESP and understand the possible neurological link between things like head trauma, psychosis, savant like qualities and "psychic" perception, things start to make a little more sense.
He even calls himself clairvoyant on "untitled".

The thing with Eminem is that he is a student of the game. Has he benefitted more than Black rappers of equivalent skill yes, but he has had to pay with this pound of flesh as well. He has been surrounded by beef for the bulk of his career. His fame may have cost him his best friend.
