You sure Dre knows what sounds good and what doesn't?

Damn, that small Part from 1:50 to around 2:00 where he really raps in that dope af style show how great of a song this couldve been. Simple, dope beat but he just did that corny bullshyt on it....
That lil part sounds as vicious as „Never Enough“ which was the best song on the album and showed he COULD have delivered an amazing album....

Honestly, as dumb as that record is, he floated the fukk over that beat. It seems like he was bored with rap when he made that but the flow and syllables were there... Unlike Revival

Sorry but I don't think there's any redeemable qualities about that song. Imagine if Jay-Z put out that song. It would be the end of his career.

I think it's better than THE EMINEM SHOW,Right on par with sslp, mmlp

All I can say is if you really think that garbage Recovery with the horrible punchlines and forced pop hits is better than The Eminem Show (which is really his best album) then you just don't know good music :manny:

I didn't catch at the time that he was getting at Pace Won on that song. I'm like...why wasted this beat to do that? That part in particualr let you know he was trolling, Pace, the label too

shyt like "My first single" was purposely annoying and a dig at the label asking him to keep making those types of songs. Like what's the science behind dropping an album a year after you low key threatened retirement?

People still acting like Relapse wasn't a great concept and a bomb of an execution I see. Em has been trash since Encore. A big former Eminem fan here, and I've come to terms with him being washed for that long. Y'all should too

Yeah I'm a huge fan of Eminem's music prior to Encore too. And I accepted the fact that he was washed after Recovery dropped and was garbage. It got to the point that I didn't even bother listening to MMLP 2 or Revival cuz I knew they would be garbage :ehh:

Love the Way You Lie? :mjlol: What a blatant attempt at a radio hit with corny punchlines to boot("I guess that's why they call it window pane"). Like I said Eminem in his prime would NEVER have made a corny love song with Rihanna.

Space Bound and 25 to Life? Corny acoustic beats with pop stars on the hook. More blatant mainstream pandering for a pop hit.

Not Afraid? Simple ass beat with corny forced punchlines and a corny hook. "I'm not afraid to take a stand" on some kumbaya unite the world shyt :camby:

Recovery was trash and a mockery of what Em used to stand for. It was Eminem's desperate attempt to stay relevant and sell records after relapse failed by having pop acts like Rihanna and Pink on the hook and features like Lil Wayne.

As for The Eminem Show almost every song on that album was great or classic. The fact that you rate that garbage Recovery over it is just :what: and proves you have horrible taste in music :ehh:
