He got old and stopped doing drugs and alcohol. He can’t rap like that anymore this song is 22 years old

So? I downloaded them a year before when they were leaked under the Straight from the lab EP
He got tenitis in his ears so when he was recording he couldn't hear himself, that's what lead to all of the yelling for a few years.

What went on up there? Poppers and weird sex!
A couple reasons.
1. He started getting influenced by Lil Wayne after Relapse and realized that wordplay was popular again. He adjusted his style to incorporate more and more punchlines.
2. At some point, he started getting tinnitus and at its worst, he had to add more midrange to his voice so he could hear himself. The result was him screaming constantly and rapping like he's deaf.
3. When he did Hell: The Sequel with Royce, he was getting more technical and worrying less about counting bars. He took that style and amplified it on MMLP2, so multiple songs sounded like a long, continuous verse. Getting sober made him focus on this part of his music more than anything else.
4. "Rap God" blew up and became the biggest song off MMLP2. It has the infamous supersonic speed rap. In his early days before Dre, he was doing this all the time, but he trained himself to slow it down so more people could understand him. Everybody loved "Rap God," so he leaned into this more. You could say the "Forever" verse started this, but "Rap God" made it permanent.

“Bad Guy” must be sometime after Relapse, cause his flow is very choppy and he’s doing a lot of yelling.
