We have the biggest fanbase in hiphop. Your favor rapper only wishes half of them sells on his bank account. We run the gender and you are upset deep inside and that right there makes me happy

The video is dope but he should have done this concept for rap god since its longer and he could have fit more of his classic videos in it. It also would have made more sense to do this concept for rap god since hes claiming to be one and he could use all his classic videos to back that claim up

:dahell:

I think you missed the point breh, and this damn sure wouldn't have made sense for Rap God being that it was a response to the critique that he was too "technical"...the computer/braniac/technology shyt was perfect for that.

And this video makes perfect sense for this song. "The Monster" (slim), his "shadow" is responsible for his success. He had to make peace with and utilize those dark aspects of self in order to be whole, a common theme in psychology/spirituality.

Being that MMLP2 is much more of a reflection than a sequel, looking back on all of this has a therapeutic effect, hence him being with a shrink.

It's why there's all these "flash backs" of his career that lead up to him showing how much he tries to contain that side of himself. You see the "monster" throw him little scraps of paper which are obviously lyrics, which lets you know that as ugly and dangerous as that side of himself is, it's what gave him what he needed to be what he became, it has value.

I don't like Rihanna as a singer at all, I don't see what everybody sees in her. I don't like this song but the video is actually dope, make this song a little bit better but still dislike song.

Next video should be "Bad Guy"

What kind of reaction do you expect to get from a site that has tremendous hate for White people?

The dude I was responding to wasn't being racial, I just don't think he got what was trying to be convey, like he taking everything at face value thinking you could play "rap god" over this video and have it make sense.

Come on now breh.

I know that it's a lot of idiots on the site, but stop being so sensitive.

No one's being sensitive here, you're just taking things way out of context.

Yes you are.

And how did I take things out of context when brought up "hate for white people" in response to some dude not really getting the video concept? Nobody in here was talking about white/black anything until you showed up. You are the one who took that out of context, and bringing baggage in from other threads into this one.

No need to get defensive about it, i'm just trying to let you know you kinda jumped the gun.
